1. 適用範圍與聯絡方式

本政策適用於 Sowlea 節拍器／調音器 iOS App（包括使用原生 Apple 內購的 TestFlight 測試版本）及本支援網站。營運者為 YING SIANG SUN。隱私權與客服信箱：。

2. 調音與麥克風

只有在你主動開始調音、音感訓練的「唱出答案」、合奏工作室延遲校正、快速錄音、合奏工作室錄音或「錄製 10 秒調音原始訊號」並授權後，App 才使用麥克風。調音時，聲音只用於裝置上的音高分析；一般調音不保存錄音，我們不將調音聲音上傳至伺服器。你可停止調音或在系統設定撤銷麥克風權限；拒絕授權不影響一般節拍器功能。

音感訓練的「唱出答案」在裝置上即時分析你唱出的音高，用於判斷答案與顯示回饋，不保存可回放的人聲錄音，也不自動上傳聲音。練習結果與進度保存在本機。

合奏工作室延遲校正在你主動啟動後播放測試提示音，並透過麥克風短暫錄下測試期間的聲音，在裝置記憶體中分析收音與播放的時間差。校正音訊不保存為作品、不自動上傳，也不提供給廣告服務；本機只保存所選聆聽方式與成功量測的延遲數值，以供錄音對齊使用。

「錄製 10 秒調音原始訊號」是你為排除調音問題而主動使用的功能：App 錄下約十秒的麥克風原始聲音，暫存在 App 的快取資料夾，並開啟系統分享選單。只有你選擇的分享對象（例如寄給客服的電子郵件）會收到這個檔案；App 不會自動上傳，也不提供給廣告服務。暫存檔可能保留到系統清理快取或移除 App 為止。

iOS 版在合奏工作室提供「允許藍牙麥克風」選項，預設關閉。開啟後，App 收音時可能改用藍牙耳機的麥克風，聲音的處理方式與本政策所述相同。

3. 快速錄音回放

只有主動開始錄音才會保存聲音。目前每段最多五分鐘，並受檔案大小限制。App 只在裝置保留最近成功保存的一段，新錄音成功保存後取代上一段。我們不自動上傳錄音，也不將錄音提供給廣告服務。

你可在 App 設定刪除最近錄音。清除 App 資料、移除 App 或裝置儲存空間管理可能使資料消失；系統備份、裝置移轉及自行保存的副本，依相應系統或服務設定處理。請尊重他人隱私，不要未經允許錄製私密談話。

3.1 合奏工作室

合奏工作室的錄音、你匯入的音檔，以及作品的軌道、裁切與混音設定，保存在裝置本機的 App 儲存空間，用於播放與編輯。每段錄音或匯入音檔最長五分鐘，並受檔案大小限制。我們不自動上傳這些音訊，也不提供給廣告服務。

匯出 MP3 或 WAV 時，App 在裝置上產生檔案，再開啟系統分享選單，由你選擇保存或分享的位置。你可在工作室刪除已保存的作品，刪除前會再次確認。

4. 本機設定與練習資料

拍速、拍號、配色、語言、練習預設、外部控制對應，以及評價邀請使用的首次使用時間、練習日期和上次邀請時間，保存在裝置本機。我們不會因此知道你是否評分或給了幾顆星。App 不要求建立 Sowlea 帳號。

你保存的節奏、段落編排、演出歌單、教案與節奏分析設定，也保存在裝置本機。節奏分析在裝置上讀取你匯入的音檔並計算拍點與速度，不上傳音訊。教案可匯出為 .sowlea 檔案分享，並可選擇附上一段音檔（最大 8 MB）；你匯入他人分享的教案時，內容與附件保存在你的裝置。

匯入／匯出時，由你選擇檔案與分享目的地；一般練習設定匯出不含快速錄音。你自行分享至其他 App、電子郵件或雲端的資料，依該服務的政策處理。外部 MIDI／控制裝置用來傳入操作指令，不需要將麥克風音訊傳給我們。

5. 內購與廣告（iOS／Android）

本節也適用於 Android 版本。Build 29 及先前未整合廣告的版本維持其原有行為。Build 30 起的候選版本整合 Google AdMob 與 UMP；測試版使用測試廣告，正式廣告須完成相應設定後才啟用。廣告只在主頁或調音器待機頁底部顯示，不在節拍播放、調音、錄音或回放期間顯示。Plus 為可選的一次買斷，解鎖進階功能並移除全部廣告，不提供訂閱。

購買及恢復購買由 Apple StoreKit 或 Google Play Billing 處理。App 使用商店商品資料、交易驗證與權益狀態決定解鎖功能，不接收完整信用卡資料，也不將交易上傳至我們自營的驗證伺服器。商店依其政策處理帳號、付款與交易紀錄，並可能向我們提供銷售報表。

在載入廣告時，Google 廣告 SDK 可能收集或分享 IP 位址（可推估概略位置）、裝置或 App 識別碼、廣告互動、當機及效能資料，用於廣告投放、成效衡量與防詐。即使要求非個人化廣告，也不代表完全不處理資料。我們不向廣告 SDK 提供麥克風音訊或本機錄音。SDK 的資料傳輸使用加密連線；資料留存及處理依 Google 政策。

需要時，UMP 會先顯示隱私選擇，並在設定中提供「廣告隱私選項」供你重新選擇；若未能確認可以要求廣告，App 不載入廣告。購買 Plus 不會刪除 Google 或商店先前已處理的資料。相關政策：Apple App Store、Google 隱私權政策。SDK 揭露：iOS、Android。

5.1 第 39／40 版起的廣告與年齡保護補充

本補充取代上節「僅底部橫幅」的限制：除待機橫幅外，每次至少六十秒的練習累積十次後，可能在你已停止練習並主動切換頁面時顯示一次插頁廣告，每二十四小時最多一次。播放、調音、錄音、回放、背景或付款期間不顯示。練習次數與上次插頁時間保存在本機，用於限制頻率，不由我們上傳。

第 40 版起，免費使用者首次載入廣告前可選「未滿 18 歲／18 歲以上／暫不回答」，不索取生日或證件。年齡群組保存在本機，可在設定中的「廣告年齡設定」更正，不改變功能或價格。App 以選擇衍生的保護標記設定 Google SDK；未滿十八歲與未回答者使用較嚴格的未达同意年齡及兒童導向廣告處理、一般級內容限制與非個人化廣告請求。這不代表 App 以兒童為目標，也不等於完全沒有資料處理。本產品目標為十三歲以上。

成年人依所在地適用的 UMP 隱私選項處理，本版亦要求非個人化廣告，不要求跨 App 追蹤授權。只有 Plus（及既有已驗證去廣告權益）移除全部廣告；未成年選項本身不授予付費功能。若同意狀態、商店環境或廣告供應無法確認，則不載入廣告。TestFlight 與目前 Android 封閉測試使用測試廣告。

6. 診斷與客服

目前 App 沒有自動傳送至我們伺服器的分析或錯誤回報服務。你主動複製並提供的診斷資料可能包含 App 版本、平台、音訊及權限狀態。Apple／TestFlight 可能依你的設定，處理並向開發者提供安裝、使用、當機或測試回饋資訊；請參閱 Apple 的相關政策。

你以電子郵件聯絡時，我們及所使用的電子郵件服務會處理你的地址、訊息與附件，用於回覆及解決問題。一般客服信件與附件在結案後保留九十天，再由營運者刪除；法律要求保留或仍有未結束爭議時除外。你也可來信請求刪除。此為人工信件管理措施，不是 App 自動清理信箱的功能。請勿提供不必要的敏感資料。

7. 本網站與外部服務

本網站使用 GitHub Pages 託管，未加入廣告、分析追蹤器、外部字型、追蹤 Cookie 或表單。GitHub 會為安全目的記錄訪客 IP 位址；此網站不是完全沒有伺服器紀錄的服務。詳見 GitHub Pages 說明及 GitHub 隱私權聲明。點選外部連結或寄送電子郵件後，由相應服務依其政策處理資料。

8. 你的選擇、刪除與安全

你可以撤銷麥克風權限，刪除最近錄音、練習預設、工作室作品或教案，或透過系統移除 App／清除資料。本機資料通常不在我們手上，我們無法從伺服器尋回或直接刪除你裝置內的錄音。匯出副本及備份需要在保存它們的服務或裝置另行處理。

隱私權問題及適用法律下的存取、更正或刪除請求，可聯絡上方信箱。我們會依適用法律處理，確認身分時不要求不必要的敏感資料。任何儲存或傳輸方式都不能保證絕對安全。

9. 政策更新

政策變更時會更新本頁日期。若涉及新增資料用途或需要同意的變更，會在啟用前提供適當通知或取得所需同意。

1. Scope and contact

This policy covers Sowlea Metronome / Tuner for iOS, including TestFlight builds using native Apple in-app purchases, and this support website. The operator is YING SIANG SUN. Privacy and support contact: .

2. Tuning and microphone access

The app accesses the microphone only after you start tuning, the Ear Training “sing-the-answer” exercise, Ensemble Studio latency calibration, quick recording, an Ensemble Studio recording, or "Record 10 s of raw tuner input", and grant permission. Tuning analyzes pitch on your device; ordinary tuning does not save a recording, and tuning audio is not uploaded to our servers. You can stop tuning or revoke microphone permission in system settings. Basic metronome use does not require microphone access.

The Ear Training “sing-the-answer” exercise analyzes your sung pitch in real time on your device to evaluate answers and display feedback. It does not save a playable voice recording or automatically upload audio. Exercise results and progress are stored locally.

When you start Ensemble Studio latency calibration, the app plays test clicks and briefly records sound through the microphone during the test. It analyzes this audio in device memory to estimate the timing difference between capture and playback. Calibration audio is not saved as a project, automatically uploaded, or provided to advertising services. Only the selected listening route and successfully measured latency values are saved locally for recording alignment.

"Record 10 s of raw tuner input" is a troubleshooting feature you start deliberately. The app records about ten seconds of raw microphone input, stores it temporarily in the app's cache folder, and opens the system share sheet. Only the destination you choose, such as an email to support, receives the file; the app does not upload it automatically or provide it to advertising services. The temporary file may remain until the system clears the cache or the app is removed.

On iOS, Ensemble Studio offers an "Allow Bluetooth microphone" option that is off by default. When enabled, the app may capture audio from a Bluetooth headset microphone, handled as described in this policy.

3. Quick recording and playback

Audio is saved only when you start recording. Each take is currently limited to five minutes and a file-size limit. The app retains only the latest successfully saved take on your device; a new successful take replaces the previous one. We do not automatically upload recordings or provide them to advertising services.

You can delete the latest recording in app settings. Clearing app data, uninstalling the app, or device storage management may remove local information. System backups, device transfers, and copies you save are governed by the relevant system or service settings. Respect others' privacy when recording.

3.1 Ensemble Studio

Ensemble Studio recordings, audio files you import, and each project's tracks, trims and mix settings are stored in the app's local storage on your device for playback and editing. Each recording or imported file is limited to five minutes and a file-size limit. We do not automatically upload this audio or provide it to advertising services.

When you export MP3 or WAV, the app creates the file on your device and opens the system share sheet so you choose where it is saved or shared. You can delete saved projects in the studio after a confirmation.

4. Local preferences and practice data

Tempo, meter, theme, language, practice presets, external-control mappings, and the first-use time, practice dates, and last invitation time used for review requests are stored locally. These records do not tell us whether you rated the app or what rating you gave. The app does not require a Sowlea account.

Saved rhythms, section arrangements, setlists, lesson plans and timing-analysis settings are also stored locally. Timing analysis reads an audio file you import and calculates beats and tempo on your device without uploading the audio. Lesson plans can be exported as .sowlea files for sharing, optionally with one audio attachment of up to 8 MB; lessons you import from others, including attachments, are stored on your device.

You choose files and destinations when importing, exporting, or sharing settings. Normal practice-setting exports do not include quick recordings. Other apps, email, or cloud services process information you choose to share under their own policies. External MIDI/control devices send control instructions without needing to send microphone audio to us.

5. Purchases and advertising (iOS and Android)

This section also covers Android. Build 29 and earlier builds without advertising retain their previous behavior. Candidates from Build 30 integrate Google AdMob and UMP. Test builds use test ads; live serving requires completed setup. Bottom banners appear only on idle home or tuner screens, not during metronome playback, tuning, recording or replay. Optional Plus is a one-time purchase that unlocks advanced features and removes all ads, without a subscription.

Apple StoreKit or Google Play Billing handles purchases and restoration. The app uses store product data, verified transactions and entitlement status to unlock features. It does not receive full card details or upload transactions to our own verification server. Stores process accounts, payments and transaction records under their policies and may provide sales reports to us.

When ads load, Google's SDK may collect or share IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), device or app identifiers, ad interactions, crash and performance data for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Non-personalized ads still involve data processing. We do not provide microphone audio or local recordings to the ad SDK. SDK data is encrypted in transit; Google's policies govern its processing and retention.

Where required, UMP presents privacy choices first and offers an Ad privacy options entry in Settings to revisit them. If permission to request ads cannot be established, no ads load. Buying Plus does not delete information previously processed by Google or the stores. See Apple App Store privacy, Google privacy, and Google's SDK disclosures for iOS and Android.

5.1 Advertising and age safeguards from builds 39 / 40

This update supersedes the banner-only limitation above. After ten practice sessions of at least sixty seconds each, an interstitial may appear only when you have stopped practicing and deliberately change pages, at most once per twenty-four hours. None appear during playback, tuning, recording, replay, background use or payment. The practice count and last interstitial time are stored locally for frequency limits and are not uploaded by us.

From build 40, before advertising loads, free users can choose Under 18, 18 or older, or Prefer not to answer. No birth date or identity document is requested. The group is stored on-device and can be corrected in Advertising age settings without changing features or prices. The app configures Google's SDK with protection flags derived from that choice. Under-18 and unanswered choices receive more restrictive under-age-of-consent and child-directed ad treatment, a General content-rating limit, and non-personalized requests. This does not mean the app targets children or that advertising involves no data processing. The product targets ages thirteen and older.

Adults receive the applicable regional UMP privacy choices. This release also requests non-personalized ads for adults and does not request cross-app tracking authorization. Only Plus (and previously verified ad-removal entitlements) removes all ads; selecting a minor age group does not grant paid features. Ads do not load if consent status, the store environment or ad availability cannot be established. TestFlight and the current Android closed test use test ads.

6. Diagnostics and support

The app currently has no analytics or error-reporting service that automatically sends data to our servers. Diagnostics you deliberately copy and share may include the app version, platform, and audio or permission status. Depending on your settings, Apple or TestFlight may process and provide developers with installation, usage, crash, or beta-feedback information under Apple's policies.

If you email support, we and our email service process your email address, message, and attachments to respond and address the issue. Ordinary support correspondence and attachments are retained for ninety days after the issue is closed, then deleted by the operator, except when required by law or related to an unresolved dispute. You may request deletion by email. This is an operator-managed email practice, not an automatic mailbox-cleanup feature. Avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information.

7. This website and external services

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages. We have not added ads, analytics trackers, external fonts, tracking cookies, or forms. GitHub logs visitors' IP addresses for security purposes, so this website is not a service without server logs. See GitHub Pages documentation and the GitHub Privacy Statement. External links and email services are governed by the respective providers' policies.

8. Choices, deletion, and security

You can revoke microphone access; delete your latest recording, practice presets, studio projects or lesson plans; or uninstall the app or clear its data through the operating system. We generally do not possess your locally stored information and cannot recover or remotely delete recordings on your device. Exported copies and backups must be managed separately wherever they are stored.

Contact the email address above with privacy questions or requests for access, correction, or deletion under applicable law. We will handle requests under that law and avoid asking for unnecessary sensitive information to verify identity. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Changes

Updates will carry a revised date on this page. Where a change introduces a new data use or requires consent, appropriate notice or consent will precede that processing.
